Animal communication works using the energetic transference of information most commonly known as telepathy.  I use this technique to communicate with the animals to get their perception of the situation.  I then explains the humans perspective on the situation or lets the animal know what's going on.  Sometimes we just need a mediator to help the process.  I am the mediator between the human and their pet.  Most of the time it's just a misunderstanding and once things are clarified the bad behavior stops. Animals have free-will just like people do.  I will ask permission of the owner to speak to their pet and ask the pet if it would like to communicate as well.
